CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Please let us know about your approximate arrival time. A few days before your arrival we can confirm if an earlier check-in would be possible. And once you are in Vienna, we will know if a late check out will be possible. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please understand that our apartments are often fully booked. Rest assured, we will offer luggage storage if needed.
WE ARE NOT A HOTEL.
Please be aware that we are not a hotel and therefore do not provide daily housekeeping, breakfast, gym facilities, spa services, room service, or a reception. However, you will enjoy the comfort of a spacious and unique apartment within an elegant, traditional building dating back to the 1900s.

CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING CHANGES
We advise all guests to consider purchasing multi-risk travel insurance. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. As a small operator we will be unable to offer booking changes at a later stage or to deviate from our cancellation policy. Make sure our policy suits your travel plans and please plan ahead in case you require flexibility. Also, familiarize yourself with visa requirements for travels to the EU.
